6 Core AMD... 27 ms of latency?

My singers complain that there's an ever slight latency and I have to move the recordings to sync them after... it effects performance.
I have a powerful PC, I've got a Focusrite Saffire 10 in/out. I tried using the 'driver error compensation' in the 'preferences' menu to get the latency to '0' but it sounds unnatural, like the sound is folding on itself while I sing.
Any suggestions?
