Two laptops in sync with midi over lan. Is it possible?

Hello guys,
i am trying to sync two laptops with live using midi over lan but i am getting a lot of issues.
I have a very long session (the complete concert) including tempo changes and i have replicated almost the same sessions to the slave computer, which have just to play the videos. So you have one laptop for music and the other laptop for videos, which is obviously at the other side of the venue.
I noticed that Live won't send Midi Time Code but just midi clock, quite unstable and with a big issue: at about 1200 bar the slave laptop messes up and go back to the begin of the session, probably because midi clock does not support "more bars"
I've tried to sync the remote laptop with Numerology, which supports midi time code, and also with Pro Tools. Everything works fine, but i can't slave pro tools or numerology to make them send midi time code signal...
So... any ideas about this?
Thank you!
