Download good MIDI files??

Im currently lacking in inspiration for making cool leads and bass lines so im looking for a blog or site to download some good midi files that i can edit into my own arrangements?

would appreciate any suggestions

this site has a good selection of old rock, pop, hip hop. It'll be good if you just want some grooves and stuff. http://www.mididb.com/
