Ableton Forum

I have been playing around with my new launchpad lately and the one thing I've run into is when I create my own clips to launch, audio or midi, they only play once after I hit the scene launch. I've noticed that the factory installed construction kits seem to have an automated looping pattern involving numbers and a circle showing how much time is left (or a bar in the case of audio). What is the significance of the numbers and how can I program my clips to loop?

Yup, seriously, this is well covered in both the manual and the lessons - surely this didn't warrant a forum post.

FWIW, you need to hit the "Loop" button in the clipview for the clip in question, but you should really be making sure that the answers to your questions aren't right there in front of you before you post.

The suggested process when you need to find out how to do something in Live (applies to most software for that matter) is [Help Menu/Manual/Lessons] > [Google Search/Forum Search] > [Forum Post]

Read my post. If you don't get to the answer within 5 seconds, I'll be very surprised.

Just trying to help the guy out by suggesting ways he could get an answer to future questions quicker than he will by posting on the forum. Nothing smart-ass about it, I was genuinely trying to help.
