Beat Repeat random kick variations on 16th beat

Hi guys Ive been knocking my head against the wall trying to get the beat repeat to do what I want! So Ive officially given up and thought Id ask you lot!
Here is an example of what Im after.. I need this for my live set, so the kick does its own variations randomly every 16 beats.. (better to listen though)
