Stretch/warp clips in arrange window

A more sophisticated tool than just edit clip lengths in arrange view.. Would be nice to stretch out a sample directly in the arrangement, not having to do it in the sample editor. Again, I quite like the "multitool" of Pro Tools, which change depending on where you mouseover your regions.
Upper left and right corners = Fade in/out
Mid left and right = region length (here you could have, say Alt+Drag clip end/start, to stretch it).
Upper half = drag out a selection (for splitting up for example).
Lower half = Hand tool (for moving the region around).
