We have just released an update, Live 8.2.2. This is a free update for all owners of Live/Suite 8, Live Intro, or Live Lite:

This update includes Max for Live enhancements and optimizations, in addition to bugfixes. Please note that new Max for Live content requires both Live 8.2.2 and Max 5.1.8. You can download the latest version of Max here: http://cycling74.com/downloads/
