And because I follow their Twitter feed, I got in on the first beta round (only five people in total!), which begun today! And I've got to tell you, even though I might be violating the NDA: "Live 9" (Or "Ableton Pro", as it's now called) is the answer to all your dreams, and it works without a hiccup! I mean, for starters: 64-bit, full and free M4L integration... I can't disclose anything else, but I'm really psyched! And the new all-in-one synth (FFS, it's subtractive, FM, additive, granular, wavetable and SEVEN oscillators!!!)

Dual monitor support and COMPING too!!!

april fools? if it's true, then I especially like the new name.. I just feel better and more inspired anytime i use anything that has "pro" on it.. now i might really get the boxed version just to get the new "pro" stickers so i can put it on my car next to the apple logo
