Send effects individually to each instrument in Drum Rack

Hi,
I am wondering if it was possible to apply effects via the send/return section separately to each instrument in a Drum Rack (as it is possible to do with Impulse) ?
Or, is it possible to send an instrument in a Drum Rack to an audio track (to which we can send effects) ?
Thanks in advance for your help !
Yann

You can "route" an instrument in a drum rack to another track, where you can use send effects. But, you do this at the incoming track.
So, make a new audio track.
In the routing section, where it says "Audio from," choose your MIDI track with the drum rack.
The next popup below will show all the individual drum rack instruments or groups. Pick the one you want to "bring in" to this audio track.
Presto!

Thank you ! Then, for a sample in a Drum Rack that you route to an audio track, how can you have only the audio track playing this sample (and not both the Drum Rack and the audio track) if not all the samples in the Drum Rack are routed to audio tracks ?

When you click on the "Show hide chain List" button on the left side of a rum rack, You can drag effects into the section below it (I think it says drop audio effects here.) and then proceed to use sends and fx WITHIN drum racks, just like you would with any other track, just make sure the "S" amd the "R" are highlighted so you are showing your sends and returns. This will allow you to send individual hits to fx.
Hope this helps!/is what you were trying to do.

Probably DangerousDave's solution is more what you were looking for, but if you're doing the individual track routing thing... If you expand the drum rack to to show the chain, as DD suggested, there is a little yellow speaker icon next to each sample. Click to turn it off; the audio is still routed to your new audio track, but the sample won't play on the drum rack track anymore.
