Could some1 help me,Im a Neewbie to Live. I have just purchased an Akai MPD26 & using Ableton Live 8 Akai Version? In the Midi section in Prefrences it does'nt have the mpd26 only 24, 18 or 32? Which 1 should i set up for?

You picked almost the only MPD you shouldn’t. The MPD 26 isn’t supported by Live as it has only a section of 6 knobs and faders. But you can fix it a little bit with MIDI learn.

Cheers, Im kinda getting used to it. Not unusable, I have to use the C bank to be able to play drums so no real problem. Have'nt come across midi learn in Ableton yet. Is there a right click kinda link to next controller? That would be cool
