I actually still have one in the attic. Word Processing involved using prefixes like ^S^U. Pretty wild. I wrote a few school papers on it, using an Epson external RS232 8dot-matrix printer, how I managed I do not know. The hardware setup was pretty awesome though considering, dual 5 1/4' and all. That mini-monitor in the middle is just awesome. It needed a boot disk to start up though.
It sits next to my original Amiga 2000XT. Why doesn't our generation have any 'Gold Watch' equivalents to pass to our kids? My son would probably think I'm just trying to stick him with the recycling costs if I gave either one to him.
