Sync issues with Reason re-wire

So im having a bit of an issue with syncing with my live set, here is my set up.
I have warped tracks in ableton (these are house tracks) that are "auto warped" and sync nicely to each other - hve an A an B dj deck set up. So no problems there.
I have another midi trac within ableton (fully quantised) that is sending mid to Reason (re-wired) triggering drum kick samples. These samples being triggered are from a sample pack, and very good quality etc..
These kick samples from reason are simply being recieved into ableton via an audio track.
The issue is - even though the warped House (4/4 beat) audio clips sync seamilessly togeter ie: I can cross fade between the two no problem.
When I try and play my triggered reason samples over these clips, the 4/4 kick of the samples is out of sync with the 4/4 beat of the track!!!!
I realise that a sample may have some "lag time" and there for the start trigger position may need to be adjusted. But this is way out of time?!
My ownly work around so far is to adjust the track delay time to -61ms on my incomig kick audio. Seems to work, but there should be a better way right???
