i am not getting stereo recording only one channel-

setting driver type -
ASIO
audio device
CREATIVE ASIO -
also what is the phone number for tech support in the USA

Do you mean you are only hearing audio out one side of your monitors?
Try selecting one audio channel in you audio from menu in live.
