audio editor corrupts looppoints

Hi,
I have selected soundforge as my default audio-editor in ableton.
Soundforge starts correctly if I select edit in ableton , but then it gives an error message saying there are illegal looppoints.
I ignore this message, but when I save the changes made in soundforge and go back to ableton there are very small timing changes you can hear espacially well with bass sounds.
It feels like the looppoints of the wav have moved some milliseconds.
(I have also tried not modifying anything in soundforge , but the looppoints are still corrupted. )

Anybody else having the same problem?
Is it ableton or soundforge that causes the problem?
