recalling vst presets, volume and aux settings in one shot

Hello,
I am exploring Live with the intention to check if it can work as my main software to manage a complex routing/mixing/splitting and control of my audio setup.
A brief view of what I do:
I process an analog input that gets processed by:
-several vsts ( NO vst instruments)
-3 hardware effects ( using the audio card as a send/return system)
I use midi just to control parameters, presets and values;
I don't use samples;
I use a vst looper ( Mobius).
I see that I can replicate my audio flow in Live and I see I can control it via the midi architecture it offers.
Premise:
I basically have a audio signal flow that is always made by the same elements, being them vst effects, audio channels, auxes. No new elements are inserted or substituted in my "playing space".
I just modify the parameters and play with the send/returns.
What I want to check if I can do:
I would like to use Live to take a "screenshot" of the parameters that my situation is showing at a specific moment to be able to recall it via midi.
Recalling it doesn't have to stop its audio engine; it can't be a a Live Set.
It must be something like loading a "scene" that allows audio signal to be always running.
This involves being able to recall:
vst presets ( with names, not just the parameters)
aux and levels values
and, possibly:
a module that allows me to set specific midi control or program changes to send out via midi to control external hardware.
There are some virtual rack applications that allow this and I am checking if Live does have this potential.
I know that a lot of its power is in the Max extension, at the moment I am not interested in checking if this will be possible via Max, just checking if Live can do it by itself.
Thank you a lot to those who will spend their time on this.
My best,
Luca
