Want Operator LFO pitch to correspond to MIDI note

Which settings do I need here? I assume I need a high-speed LFO with 100% Key->Rate, but I haven't found the LFO rate yet.

After experimenting, it seems that a high-speed LFO at a rate of 60.0 corresponds to a regular operator at "1 Coarse". The LFO at 100% only affects the "carrier" (correct my terminology please) as much as a modulator at about -17 db.
