hi!

i am new at live ableton 8 so i want to know

is this true?
you can not change-choose fx presets via automation or midi
but only with the mouse after 8 versions of ableton ????

i just want to change-recall a preset fx from my midi controller when i play guitar
(or maybe from a clip-automation who is assigned to preset bank)
and i just can t find the way (i dont want to use chain selector inside the rack
because i have to switch between a great number of effects)...

i have search on the forum and i have read about the program change problem
but i think that i am missing something obvious..
