How can I get that ravey Crystal Castles synth sound?

Specifically that ravey synth part in the chorus :

Now, I've a ton of vst's (list below), so any pointers would be great (as this genre is new to me!) .. it has kind of an unhinged distorted thing going on...?

That sound is created by modulating filters or oscillators with noise, add some reverb. The sh101 or OB8 can do this type of sound very well. Not quite sure if any of those synths you listed can do this or not. I got bit by the analog bug and haven't used my soft synths in years to know right now.

I would recommend fiddling around with your MS20 VST, Ethan Kath primarily uses an MS2000B in his songs and that synth is based entirely off of the MS20. Crank up the noise, experiment with the patchcord area and dirty it up with some reverb and distortion.
