Can anyone tell me how to stop my last project starting when I load Ableton please?

I have done something in preferences and can't see how to switch it off. To switch it on is save current set as a template.

Hi,

Load that project, delete everything, zero everything.

You should just have one audio track and one midi track available.

Also, there should only be two returns available.

This is how Live first boots up when new.........

Finally, in prefs save set as template.

Just recently: Starting a new live set
chrk wrote:Instead of cleaning out the set manually find a file named "Template.als" and delete it. - That's the default set saved with the above option.

On a Mac you should find it beneath user/library/preferences/ableton/live [version.number.blabla]
Windows: %appdata%\Ableton\Live 8.2.2\Preferences\

%appdata% is a system variable that will resolve to the user's application data folder on the various versions of win when entered into the adress line of Windows Explorer.

This is definitely the better way but I didn't have my technical head on when I answered the post.
