Just trying to get a flavour of what types of music everyone involved in this is listening to.

list five of your albums you regularly listen to these days.

not a definitive list of ultimite albums or anything, just stuff your into at the moment.

5. The Beatles (they got me in to music)

Yeah, I know it's a pain, but it's the 5 album limit that makes it interesting

Busy work and family life doesn't allow much time to just sit and listen to music like I used to, but here are some things that I've wanted to listen to, in no particular order.

1. DJ Shadow, Massive Attack, etc.
2. Graham Central Station, Funkadelic, etc.
3. Pixies, Yo La Tengo, Sonic Youth, etc.
4. Bill Laswell / Material, Tabla Beat Science
5. Nuggets box set

And I'm always looking for good new stuff as well. I'm certain it must be out there, but I don't make it to clubs much anymore, and they're certainly not playing it on the radio...

I'd also like to mention the album Jam Nation - Way Down Below Buffalo Hell, circa 1993. It was the result of a Peter Gabriel "Week in the Real World" gathering, and I think it might be a good model or inspiration for what we're doing here. We could call it "A Week (or More) in the Virtual World".
