Editing Live Set Created in Serato SL3

I created a 45 minute mix using Serato (saved as an .als). I want to be able to add additional tracks and punch them in and out with the mix that I created from Serato.
Once I open the .als in Live, and add additional audio tracks they do not synch correctly. I am assuming that this is because Ableton doesn't know what the real BPM is for the mix and sets it to the default of 120BPM.
I know this may be simple, but I have been hung up on this for 3 weeks!!!!
I have 1 question:
How do I get Ableton to recognize the BPM of the mix (.als from Serato) as it changes throughout the mix so that I can add additional tracks throughout the entire set?
