I get no sound from Ableton live devices or my plug-in devic

I’m new to Ableton. I just installed Live lite 8 on a Sony laptop window 7, m-audio oxgen8 keyboard. I have the latest driver from m-audio. The green midi light flashes so I getting midi. When I press a key on my oxgen8 keyboard I get no sound from Ableton live devices or my plug-in devices. Help

Turn on the Monitor button for the channel. It is below the Solo button.

That not it I can bring up my NI B4 plug in interface and press a note and it plays. Midi info is not getting to the instrument. It all work on my old XP desktop but not on my Sony laptop. Some time I can press a key on the oxgen8 and a minute later I hear a note play
