I remember in the mp3.com days, having a few # 1 and top 5 tracks in the trance category, it feels good knowing people are listening to your music. The frustrating part for me was I could never translate it into $$$ as payback for all the time and finances invested into gear, missed career opportunities for choosing my passion music, etc...

I thought the title was clever and really popped. This is key in promotions. I wouldn’t go to a rave named “DJs Playing Derivative House Music”
