NI Massive will not automap on the APC40

When I use the NI Massive plugin it does not automap to the device control knobs. Whatever parameter I click on last gets mapped to the first knob. Is this normal? If not how do I fix it? Thanks.

If you hit 'Configure' on the vst, you can tap all the things that you want available for instant control. Then you can arrange them to taste

Thanks, I had assumed it was normal but the other day someone at a party said that they use massive and it automaps, they were probably thinking of something else. It did remind me to update my software though. thanks again.
