How do I send a track in my headphones while ignoring EQ?

I know how to send the track in my headphones and cue it so it ignores the volume of the channel but I dont know how to make it ignore the EQ3 settings.

You can create another audio track, set its input from the track you want to preview, set pre-fx routing settings (whitch omits all the effects on track), and finally set output to your headphone out.
