Clip View Start/End Markers Minimum Interval Limit

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if anyone knows why there's a limit for the minimum interval of the Clip Start/End Markers? And Why I can select a smaller interval when in Arrangement View but not set that as the Interval of the Start/End Markers?

I thought it was related to the Sample Rate. But I've tried higher Rate Files (88.2khz) and it's the same. The grid is turned of. Global quantize is off and Warp is off.

Here's a pic of what I mean: The Bottom is the smallest range Start/End Markers will allow me. Top is the selection tool and how Small I can crop a clip if I choose to.

If I crop then the Start/End Markers move to a smaller interval, but if I try to fine tune it, then it just snaps to the limit that was present originally.

It seems the limit is 0.0.0. Anyway I can increase the clip Start/End range by 1 more decimal point?
