Ableton Forum

Hey guys, I wonder if you can help me.
I just purchased a new Macbook Pro and migrated my entire HD (from my previous macbook) across. All programs have been transferred perfectly except for Ableton (8.2.2). When I attempt to open it nothing happens whatsoever, the blue light flashes under the icon but then nothing. Then when I enter the force quit menu apparently Ableton isn't responding.
I've tried re-installing, moving plugins and deleting preferences but no luck!

Any help would be greatly appreciated

This sounds like a question for the main Ableton Tech Support.

I'm an absolute moron. For some reason I didn't even think to run a mac software update, I thought if I needed to it would ask
Just a few problems with locating missing plugins now.
