SL25(novation controller) confused by ableton reason rewire

Hi
my Novation contoller keyboard (SL25 compact)doesnt work properly with reason rewired to ableton. The LED's repeatedly flash information from Ableton and Reason as if it cant decide what to contol. Automap 3 is running. i also tried a novation nocturn keyboard which bahaves the same way.
Has anyone had a similar problem or any idea what i could do?
