Reason Subtractor -> Ableton Operator?

Is anyone here capable of cloning a Reason Subtractor patch into an Ableton Operator patch? Has some LFO stuff to be mapped to mod wheel, notch filter, etc. etc. I'm having some trouble wrapping my head around it, but basically want to not have to load Reason and rewire it for one lousy patch.

Maybe you would have more luck with Analog, which is more like Subtractor in many ways. Also adding other Live effects can make a lot of difference to the sound.

^ Agreed. You might want to read up a little bit on FM synthesis vs subtractive synthesis. If you want to make Operator function a bit more like Subtractor, though, you should choose the algorithm symbolised by four squares next to one another (in which the operators dont't modulate one another).

Ah -- I'll give Analog a try!

Thanks, I appreciate it :-)

Just a little update -- I got pretty close, but not 100%. Also, it's a pain having to map the mod wheel manually to the LFO in Analog. :(
