modifying Evolution X-Session UC-17

look, i know this may not be the best place to ask, it may not be able to be answered here, but in the past this place has been a useful resource......
i'd like to relplace one of the rotary's. would i pull it off, or go in via the bottom?
see, pretty straight forward!
