copyright violation message, please help!

Hey,
I am getting a "copyright violation" message when I open Ableton 7 and then it shuts down on me and tells me to email support. I had this problem a month ago, followed the instructions from the Ableton support email (which worked) and now I am getting the same problem again.
I have done the following (from Ableton's previous support email):
- Uninstall all Live versions
- Delete the”UNLOCK.cfg” files for all Live versions:
Mac OS X: /User/Library/Application Support/Ableton/Live x.x.x/Unlock
Download and install the latest version of Live and authorize it: http://www.ableton.com/latest_versions
On OS X, please additionally check your hard disk for problems and repair the permissions using disk utility. The disk utility can be found under Applications/Utilities.
Can someone please help me out with this, after numerous emails back to the support team, I am getting no replies :/
Thanks
ps. this is a bought version of Ableton and not cracked.
