i would like to know i some users have the same USB trouble.

usb connector ( both side) seems very unsable any simple move around the controler and you losse the connecion,... an have to restart live.

last week i put a old ( but stil dope ) din connector in place of the usb one the controllers, on the computer i put db9. since is done, its bether i have somting like 4 troubles a days, before it was soming like 15.

so it bether with oter connectors but it still disconect few time evry gig. realy not cool.

i try a lot o thing like other usb pci cards or bether computer power suply, big usb hub.. i aslo use a external power suply when device are up to.

is any user have the same kind of trouble?

All I can say is, that as with ANY kind of plug, that uses metal connections. Be very careful when connecting and disconnecting. After a while, the constant connecting and disconnecting can really wear your gear out. Of course there is the rule also of making sure to grab your plugs by the plastic part, and not by the wire.

Sorry to hear that your gear is starting to act up

i dont have that kind of problems with other signals than usb.
with other connectors it seems already better.

please if you are using a lot o usb controllers in live without disconnection during you set, leave a answer, i would understand whats wrong here.

i think ableton on MAC is able to reconnect the device on the fly, right?

cant believe im the only one that experiment midi usb disconnection on so much pcs.
