BCF2000 for faders + banking and pan... Thanks!

Howdy howdy ableton users.
Im trying to get my BCF2000 to work with ableton correctly. What mode works best?
I want it to work like it does in LC mode with logic or Baby Hui mode with mackie... Very simple. Faders control faders. Encoders control pan. Be able to bank over to control more faders.
It seems to work really well with both logic and protools, but ableton doesnt want to play nice right now. The faders on the BCF will control ableton, but they dont snap in response to any moves made in ableton. (Its like the motors are off).... And I have no idea how to bank over, and the encoders dont do anything... So... Once again...
How do I get this to work!?
I use ableton mostly for producing, so I just need hands on level controls and pan.
