Midi Control 96/97 Data incretment

Hi
Im thinking of buy live 4. So ive downloaded the demo. Im trying to use data incretment which is midi Control number 96. But it dosen't appear in the midi control list. Is there another conrol number i can use that does the same. Can anyone help/
