...well, for Mac at least.
It's only been 2 and a half years since it was announced, but I guess they decided that whatever problems they're having with the PC version shouldn't stop us Mac folks from using it any longer . Horray!

750£ for a controller? Sure the finishing is nice, but for that kinda money you can hire a woodworker for a couple of weeks.
Glad about impOscar though. I had a lot of fun with the first version.

I thought for sure there was going to be a funny joke in here but it actually is available.
It's like the Duke Nukem of AU's

I've been checking out the demo. It sounds fantastic. Great presets that really show off what it can do. The new unison modes are super smooth. This one is a keeper.

Controller > 750£ + 235£ for postage to Australia......+ 139£ for vst
$1700.00 AUD for a midi controller and a vst !
I wonder how much they sell the controller for without the wooden panel sides?
VST Mac only =

Must be for
Pros..... only.....

The VST only is a good thing. Makes the choice easier.
Its always a gamble on which version works best. AU or VST. In reality it depends on how the plugin was developed and most are developed as a VST. Which makes the AU a port.
101 "analog" controls... As opposed to what?
Anybody interested in a vintage analog UC-33?

I once use to own the real hardware version. I do wish I'd kept it as it would have been worth more than gold!
The new soft synth looks great! Always liked the impOscar, one of the better soft synths.
The controller does look sexy and it would seem sexy comes at a price.
£749 + £50 (postage to UK)+ 20% VAT = £959
Ouch, that's going to hurt!
My main problem with the controller is that it is… just a controller. You still need to drag a laptop with you! Surely would have been really good to have integrated the ImpOscar II with the controller then it may have been worth the outlay.

I'm wondering if it would sound warmer on a M-20 Korg legacy controller.
With the spare change, I could buy another iPad.
Sexy costs BIG $$$

It's not VST only. It's Mac only right now in AU, VST and RTAS. PC should follow soon, they just found a few last minute bugs apparently.
