does a support conversation flow if 37 different people reply

i always get loads of different people reply to any support question

it never feel like your being taken seriously or having any kind of proper conversation.

is it just me?

i have read some of your posts, and i think i have even responded to one or two recently....i haven't seen anything in anyone's responses to warrant this post bro. people want to help, and unfortunately there a few different ways to "skin a cat" so to speak, in live,in any DAW.... everyone has their own way of doing things.....just be patient ,as people who respond, who have already figured all of this stuff out, are being patient with you, trying to help you figure it out.

hey dude your getting me all wrong 'users help exchange forum' is great the best advice

i'm talking about when i 'write to Ableton via email' i never get the same person respond twice.

but have you ever emailed technical support? I never get the same person twice even in one set of correspondence

so with 'slightly difficult tech support questions' I just get palmed off with anecdotes and BS then not replied to..

its total BS

this forum makes a lot of sense compared

I'm never sure if tech support is included in the price of software i always assume it is? but i might be getting this all wrong.
