where is the default live set saved?

I had few crashes so i restored a computer backup

i moved my library to another data drive

and restored my main operating system, but i ha been working on a default template for live

i took the precaution of saving this as a project.

now i start live in has come up as the old default
and when i load the saved project it is blank

What on earth is it doing

Where is the live default saved? What else is saved outside of the library, i assumed all the important stuff was saved in there
