HELP! please! im trying to use my launchpad and remote zero

can someone please help me im trying to use the launchpad and my remote zero slmk2 in ableton, im trying to have the launchpad run as normal and the slmk2 as my controller for parameters in abelton they are not working with each other and keep glitching
