so what's the deal?
I purchased Live Intro for my youngest daughter (I am still running version 6 myself due to old computer) and now she wants to upgrade to the full version Live 8.

How does it work? Will the full version erase and install over the Live Intro or will Live Intro still be on the HD. That's what happened when I upgraded my Live 5 to 6... which means I have two versions on my HD.

Should we delete the Live Intro before we install the full version?

It creates a new instance of live, intro or a previous version of live is effected i.e it doesn't overwrite what you have

I don't know if English is your native language, but there is a slightly difference between the words "affected" and "effected" (check a dictionary or google it!!)

I only wanted to be sure what the word "effected" exactly meant. I thought it was a special Ableton Live 8-vocabulary.
