Ableton crashes when I click on "Record"

Hi, i have very strange problem.
I bought both Ableton Live 8 (upgraded to 8.2.2) and M-Audio Oxygen 61 3rd generation keyboard. When I insert MIDI track I can play it with the keyboard, but in the moment, in which I click on "record" ,both the midi and ableton crash: and the sound crashes too, because I can hear infinite repeating of the tone I played just before the crash. I think the keyboard crashes too, because it's screen usually shows a number (level of modulation for example), but as it crashes, only one "-" comes there and the number disappears.
Has anybody experienced the same problem? What's the reason? How to fix it?
