I've sent this in to support@ableton.com but I'll post it here as well.
Live 8.2.2 and Live 8.2.5b1 both work on my MacBook Pro running Lion. However, neither are even able to launch on my Mac Pro running Lion. Logic 9.1.4 works just fine.
