Voice Processing

How can you make your voice sound like a devil voice or a low voice like you hear on TV shows when a crime boss is masking his voice on the phone?

You can use some VSTs: Discord and Image Line's Gross Beat are good.

Use Live's own grain delay. Easy.

Yeah, grain delay with a time of 1 ms, drop the pitch an octave, and mess around with the other settings to taste.
