Emulating CUE button in a MIDI controller

Hello 
OK, this is going to be a very stupid question... but that's it.
What I want to do is to emulate the CDJ's CUE button in a MIDI controller (my trusty M-Audio O2) so that, when I press one of the keys, the audio track will start and, as soon as the key is released, it will stop.
Is there a way to do it ?
