Ableton Forum

My loop brace and start marker's will only allow me to close in on both ends to a 16th. It wont let me close in to a 32nd note grid either.
For some reason this is only happening on a small piece of audio i cut from the arrangement view. It doesnt happen on any other piece of audio.
help please;]

right click and select 1/32 fixed grid.

did that and nothing changes. ive tried all of the the grid divisions including no grid and it still wont go lower than a 16th.
