Ableton Forum

I was working on an ableton live track and then it crashed. When I reopened live it asked if I wanted to recover the auto-saved project, but I accidentally hit no. Ooops! Where are the auto saved files located at so that I can recover my work?

I'm sure this is a noob question, but any help is appreciated. I've searched for a while now and can't find it or even a thread about it (although I'm sure their both there).
