Hi since the fm7 is not compatible with osx and you can't find the vst in ableton under vst's or Au's

i'm still looking for a workaround , so since i can open it as standalone and jam on it with a keyboard
there must be a way of routing so i can record the input of it into my ableton right ???

my soundcard is a Tc-48konnekt how would i have to make the connection to send midi from ableton to the standalone vst and than have an audiochannel record it
any1 got an idea on that

i've already tried it with external instrument but with no luck the thing i did was "midi to" my midi from the soundcard (tc-48) and select input 7-8 from the tc-48
that same channel as midi-input, midi from an other midi channel with a stepsequencer
both channels had monitor on auto

than in my fm7 config i've tried putting the audio output to channel 7-8 from the tc-48
and all midi inputs are on ^^ so normally it should receive midi from ableton right ???

this setup didn't work am i missing something here

Got it working the same setup but with the integration of an edirol um-2 midi interface what i did now is
External instrument channel midi from whatever midi channel with a stepsequener or midi file
External instrument midi to my tc-48 on my Tc-48 soundcard midiwire to my um-2
than in the fm7 all um-2 midi in/outs on

the thing now is that it receives the sequence and i do hear sound but it's not coming from my daw prolly just directly from the soundcard
when i try to choose an other outchannel on the Fm7 and press ok it doesn't work but is just jumping back to out 1-2

any suggestions ^^ ???
