Windows vista serious error message
I am trying to run Live Intro on windows vista. every time I try to open it I get a "serious error" message and it crashes. Any ideas anyone?

its an oxymoron, but win7 is pretty stable. (if a house of cards can be stable).
click start > run > msconfig
inside here, learn to start in selected startup mode...ensure you check the box that reads "exclude all windows services"...once that box is checked, hit the "deselect all" button to stop all 3rd party programs from starting with windows...
this will eliminate the error IF the cause is dependant on live running into other programs that are useing the same resources...
if that fails, try upping RAM, or HD space...as win7 is pricey, and will be obsolete in another year or 2 anyways.
