Edirol UA-5, Win XP, Live? stuttering audio...

Currently have the Edirol UA-5 as the audio output device, I've downloaded the latest ASIO comp. driver from Edirol. Live's prefernces
tab is set at ASIO for the device type, and it shows I have 9ms output
latency. I continue to get stuttered playback. Please help.
