I am looking for some type notch multi sampled synths for house and techno. Not sure what is out there. If anybody can recommend a good multi sample pack it would be appreciated. i would buy a virus ti if i had the money but i don't have it. good simple synth stuff like this.....

Aren't Analog and Operator enough for this kind of thing?

There are a quite few decent sample packs with classic synth notes over a full keyboard range.

One I use is a free one I got from CM magazine (24bit DnB Samples circa 2007/9 I think from memory)- I keep going back to as the samples are top notch.

I drop the whole range of samples/notes into Lives Sampler (if you have it) and go to the 'zone' area. select all the samples and distribute the ranges equally. If the packs been made well you should have every note as it would have sounded from the classic synth it was sampled from.

Only just started doing this and have been using many other old classic synth samples that I thought Id never get mileage out of or even use.

You probably know about this already though its kind of new to me.

Just pick Nexus if you really need the sampled stuff. Or buy Sylenth + additional, third party soundbanks which often are pretty amazing.

ik multimidia has many sampled instruments (sample tron, sample moog sample tank etc)
sylenth and nexus sound good as it has been mentioned here...
