Cheap, small-footprint controller to go with the APC20

I used to use the Novation Nocturn and while it was dirt cheap and it's pretty and it's small and has endless rotaries, I have grown to hate the Automap software with a passion, even when it did work. Now there's a conflict between it and my Saffire 6 USB, in the sense that they will not work together under no circumstances on my new desktop system. This is all after they've worked great for a year on my previous computer a laptop. It only works when the Saffire 6 USB is unplugged.

I'm thinking of getting a similarly specced controller to complemetn the APC20. Ideally I'd need 8 endless rotaries in a very small package, for under €100). No keys as they just take up space.

What are my options?

lol, the Nocturn I already have... I take you only skimmed through my post, if you even read it at all, but thanks for your other suggestions.

You could try the Kore Controller. Sometimes it's a bit fickle to set up as a standalone midi controller, but it's eight buttons and eight endless rotaries.

Behringer, if you're listening, you would make a killing on a device like this. Just make it more BCR than POS.

Guilty. It was late, and I was in a trance watching Star Trek: TNG.
Yeah the automap middleware is something that would bother me.
